Returns

We hope you love your Ohra products and we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@ohrabeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty product. We will assess and provide you with further instructions.
